Rules

These commissions are not "first come first serve".You're free to send a email explaining what you want me to draw. However, I'll be picking off the submissions I prefer most out of the current bunch. This allows me to draw what I like, people with different time zones will have a better chance to get a slot if they don't happen to be online when I open a batch, and there won't be any rush overall.
